Wir kreieren qualitativ hochwertige Produkte mit einem zeitlosen Design. Immer mit dem Anspruch, dass unsere Produkte lange halten. Bei Material- oder Produktionsfehlern bieten wir eine Garantie von zwei Jahren. In allen anderen Fällen unterstützen wir dich in der Findung einer passenden Reparatur Lösung.  

Unsere Produkte bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien. Du findest die entsprechenden Pflegetipps pro Produkt auf der jeweiligen Produktseite.

Wir offerieren dir eine kostenlose Lieferung innerhalb der Schweiz und EU. Für Lieferungen ausserhalb diesen Regionen werden wir eine zusätzliche Lieferpauschale abhängig vom Anbieter/Land verrechnen.

Lieferzeiten: 3-5 Tage. 

Rückgabe: Wenn du ein Produkt umtauschen oder retournieren möchtest, schick uns bitte eine E-Mail mit deiner Bestell-Nr. sowie deinem Umtauschwunsch. Umtausch und Rückgabe werden innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware akzeptiert. Das Produkt muss in der Originalverpackung und in einem ungebrauchten Zustand retourniert werden. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung werden vom Versender getragen.

EU & Schweiz: Steuern und Zoll sind im Verkaufspreis inkludiert. Alle Preise werden in Schweizer Franken und Euro angezeigt je nach deiner Währungs-Selektion.

Ausserhalb EU & Schweiz gelten die lokalen Steuern und Zölle. Wir werden 19% Mwst. vom Verkaufsbetrag abziehen. Die lokalen Steuern und Zölle werden separat von einem Dienstleister in Rechnung gestellt. Alle Verkäufe ausserhalb der EU & Schweiz sind final und die Produkte können nicht retourniert werden.

Zahlung: Wir akzeptieren Visa, Mastercard & Twint. Die Zahlung per Rechnung ist nur innerhalb der Schweiz möglich.
